I made a very similiar order two weeks ago. Shipped out right away. Ordered Sat arrived Thursday.

Very nice lift BTW.
One of the rear shocks was leaking oil. I saw it on the box. I called andthey could not get a single replacement but shipped an entire new set. Told me to get what I needed from it put the leaking one in the box and they would send shipper to pick it up 2-5 days. Top notch service IMO.

Got it all straightened out, it was I guess on my end. Recently got a new phone # and didn't update it with my bank.. So that throw up red flags with Qaudratecs security checks on my order.
