Check out hankook dynapro mts cheap and perform fantastic in mud. And Barely any road noise, no hum but just enough to know that you are on big mud tires

Only put on 1k miles so I can't comment on wear but I don't notice any chunking and I have spun them on the rocks a bit.

I run 37" km2s and have 40,000 miles on mine. I wheel at least once a month with a local club I run. They are smooth and round on the road, good in rocks and mud. I am not exactly impressed by winter traction, bit they are a mud tire not a snow tire.

my friends have cooper stt's and love them. Most say they are a great tire. And I always hear good reviews. they are $375 a tire for 37x12x17 at my local tire shop. So not to bad on price for a 37.

Love my TOYO MT. Glad I went with them and I would certainly buy them again. Much better on the road then I expected. Did well on the snow and ice this winter too. Drove around in 2 wheel drive a lot just to see how they performed.
