Am looking at either AEV Pintlers or Saverges in either Black or Argent for my 2014 JK Unlimited Rubicon. Any pics or opinions as to which wheel and color might look better given my Jeep color is Copperhead, which is an orange candy color. Thank you.

black looks good on the copperhead. I had Pintlers and if you are going to play in the rocks I would get savgres or saltas.

I had to replace my stock 17" wheels because the Mopar big brake kit calipers would not clear. I was going to get the Pintlers but they were backordered locally and my Jeep was sitting on a hoist. So I went with the Saverges and think they look okay. Snapped a quick picture with my phone on my almost stock 07. I also replaced the factory lug nuts with some splined black ones.

Default Pintlers Issue

The Pintlers have a known issue of bending. it seems to be mostly when Aired Down that you get a flat spot between the spokes. JUST FYI

There is a guy in Phoenix that has a set of the Beadlock Pintlers for sale if you are interested...very rare

Local guy here had one fall apart. Broke where the spokes connected at the rim. I'd save the money and buy something stronger. Plus, the backspace on them sucks.

I had a set of pintler's in argent. They were removed with 4 for sale after my first offroad trip. The trail was pretty easy and there was only one rock section. These wheels cannot take rock hits at all. If you plan on doing anything other than mall crawling, I suggest another choice.
