how do i know if i got the regular or the long travel shocks?

"Extended Length Nitrocharger and Nitrocharger Sport shocks. These are the exact same valving and mounting styles as our traditional twin-tube shocks, but the part numbers have an “L” designation. These have the exact same valving systems, but with longer extended lengths designed for vehicles lifted 4 to 6 inches. thank you kindly! i got nervous for a second when i saw the long travel on the side of the box. and got a little confused.
