Nick P - I like the way your rig is set up! That is essentially the set-up I am looking for. Bumper + Winch and a bit of a lift. Nothing extreme and trying to avoid going over 3". I appreciate the feedback greatly. What wheel and tire set-up are you running with the 33s?

As for guys running the HD set-up on a JKU - If I understand correctly, the same HD springs are used on the JKU as the 2-door......I think that is why there is a better ride as the base weight is heavier to begin with.

Like I said, I just don't want the 3.5-3.75" range that is often reported with the HD coils but don't want the sag that a lot of folks are talking about with the standards. It almost seems as if I am in a spot between heavy mod and bone stock that ARB might have forgotten about when designing this sytem.

Anyone familiar with the RK 2.5" or even the Teraflex kit? Both come highly recommended, but I have no real experience with them.

Thank Again!

The wheels are Compomotive, UK made, 7"x16" motor sport alloys. They are very, very tough. Quite a few privateer teams run this make of wheels on Dakar rally raid vehicles. The tyres are 255/85R16 BFG Km2's

I have the teraflex 2.5" coil lift and with a warn rockcrawler stubby front bumper and warn vr8000 winch the lift actually lifted my Jeep 3" and I have been happy with it so far cuz it leveled out my jk nicely
