There's a guy on another forum that did it to a set of Bushwacker flatties. He asked me about it once and I told him it was crazy talk, and asked him if he was one of those guys that really believes the Earth is round.

Recently he posted pics of his rig, and his flatties look freakin awesome. Apparently he did it all in his garage, with some ridiculous amount of chemicals and gas masks and whatnot.

Personally, I think it was "magic".

You might want to try finding a guy who does mobile detail work. Many of them do minor paint work and will probably be cheaper and faster than a body shop. Worth checking out
