I noticed a big difference with the headers also, the headers produce about 35 RWHP AND 40 ( something ) ft lbs of TQ... If you notice any of the dyno runs that RIPP does, they pick up the camera start the dyno and run it. There is no smoothing in the numbers or passes. What you see is what you get. None of the other companies provide that information. That is one of the big reasons I went with them is for that reason. Since I added the headers I also added 37" tires and have no issue getting those things moving.

Did you do the Ripp SC install yourself? I know you said headers were done by a professional installer. Did you change back end of exhaust as well, or leave stock?
Any value in doing SC before the headers? Or just do it all at once if money/time is available?

I did the SC myself. Takes about 6 hours to do. Uses basic hand tools, directions are easy to follow. If you have the money I'd do both at the same time. I got the headers with cats and hush power. The hush power is mounted right under the drivers side door.
