Those are the MasterCraft handles. Check out the write-ups section. There is detailed how-to on adding them. There are also a ton of posts about the "improved grab handle" mod....Just search for it and you'll see them.

I bought some kayak handles at a local Academy Sports & Outdoors store for like $15 (pair).

just grab a strap and stick about a 5" section of old hose on it and then screw it in thats what i did for mine

I have the Rugged Ridge grab handles. For $19.99 you a perfect match to the MasterCraft handles (like the ones I have up front) and sewn-in grommets. Quadratec has 'em:

I mounted my handles in the windshield corners. I believe they were Rugged Ridge.
I had the velcro wrap ones in the door openings, but didn't like the appearance or whacking my head.

I drove a guy to his house the other day and he thought the windshield handles were factory.
