Sure can, there are plenty of after market bumpers that will take the stock fogs. All depends on what you want to go with. I have the Lod.

I have the JCR Mid-width pre-runner bumper, it has the mounts for your factory fog lights and has tabs on the pre-runner bar for mounting aftermarket lights. Great build quality and looks good, you should check out their website.

I chose the ARB because it's strong, very well finished, and it's one of the very few which are designed to be safe, meaning it will trigger the airbag in case of collision. There're tabs on the bull bar for extra lights.
