I had the same issue. Her is what fixed my Jeep!
The heat shield above the Y pipe had one weld come loose. My fix was to pry the heat shield up so the tab would not rattle one the pipe. it's bee about 1 year and have not heard the noise since.

Ive got the same issue, I took it to the shop they tried telling me it was a rocker I figured it would make the noise all the time if that was it. ill crawl under tomorrow and take a gander at the exhaust, ill let you know what I find

Well just got back from the dealer. They didn't fix my problem but they find out that my gas tank was on the recall. They think my rattle is a gear shield in the tube right after the header.
