mine has a very tiny leak, but when i fill it to 190 psi it doesnt kick back on for about 2 weeks when its below 160 psi. The temperature outside and sun beating on it can make it vary though.

For my OBA setup I used the ARB Twin with the Carolina Metal Masters under seat mount. The CMM mount is a work of art and Brian at CMM gave some great advice on how to set everything up.
I dumped the ARB fittings as they really reduce the air flow; I went with Aeroquip FBM2004 fittings for anything connecting to the 3/8" line. For my airline I used PTFE Stainless Steel 3/8" lines, again more airflow with a 3/8" line and PTFE has a high operating temperature. Further the PTFE braided line is what is included in ARB manifold kit, but in 1/4". I also used Summit Racing aluminum fittings for the PTFE lines. There was a combination of 90 degree fittings and straight fittings all in 3/8" for better air flow.

I used a Viair 2 gallon tank and a Synergy tank mount that goes between the radiator and engine. For a manifold I went with the Viair billet manifold which is cheap, small, and a simple design less prone to failures than the ARB. I mounted the manifold off the break booster. A Parker check valve was installed on the line running from the ARB Twin to the Viair 2 gallon tank to prevent back flow to the compressor.

To protect against rub through I sheathed the braided lines in areas that they could com in contact with wires, hoses, pr plastic parts that rubbing would be an issue on.

One thing to keep in mind as you start your OBA install... Fittings, lines, and miscellaneous parts will cost you a fortune. I went ultra high end on my components and fittings, so they are more than average. But even the average fittings, lines, etc it will run you around $150 to $200.

If you want pictures let me know.
