Hey guys,

I just cleaned the jeep after a weekend in Anza Borrego and I found this hanging by the muffler. The other end is plugged in to the rear axle but I can't figure out where this is supposed to go, why it came off, or what I did to pull it out of wherever it goes. Any ideas?

Just a breather tube for your dif. No big deal. They get pulled down when flexing off road. Just run it back up some where high. Leave a little slack for when your axle droops down.

Thanks!! Suggestions for where to remount it? Should the white cap point up or is it okay to point horizontal?

Take it up into your passenger taillight with some fuel hose.....5/16"- someone double check that number for me. White cap can go horizontal but take it vertical to the taillight housing.

There should be a chrome clip up under your rear passenger wheel well. It should just snap back in.

Here's a write-up and follow-up that should clear-up your questions.
