I agree with David. With my kit it was pretty specific that you needed spacers or wheels with 4.5 backspacing or less to clear the links. If you need to get it home from the shop until you can get spacers or wheels you can always just leave the links off. You'll have to take it easy because your rear sway bar will be disconnected. I've known people that run without the rear sway all the time. I wouldn't recommend doing for very long, but would be fine to get it home if you're careful.
