I'm looking into buying an onboard air system this summer and I have my heart set on viair products. Northridge is easy to deal with and has fast shipping but I can't seem to find any viair products on their website anymore?

I ordered from Jeep Swag and they were great to work with. They have a thread in the vendor section with a sale for forum members.

We carry Viair and can get you a price that's as good if not better than Northridge. We have an exclusive discount for JKF Members as well as free shipping on orders over $75, no matter the size of the item. Shoot me a PM and I'll hook you up!

I have to second this as I have never had Extreme Terrain beat Northridge nor rockridge. I have requested price quotes from ET several times and never have they been lower then either Northridge or Rockridge. I figure I will always buy from the dealer that offers the lowest price first not the one who will match the price of the lowest price.

I run the Viair dual 480c compressors with a 2.5 gal tank. It's awesome.
Runs a small impact just fine. Airs up 37's from 10 to 28 right at a minute.

Just make sure that if you want to use it for a locker + air up at the end of the day, you should get a 100% duty cycle compressor.

I have a 400C mounted under the hood. It overheats all the time. At the beginning of last month, I went wheeling and didn't even use my locker. At the end of the day I went to air up and only got 2 tires done before it overheated.

I'm exchanging it for the ARB dual head. Having it mounted in the rear storage. I was thinking about getting the Viair 450 which is 100% DC, but slow.
