sounded like clunking... i opened up the diff cover saw everything was intact. spun the drive shaft and bam.........

Thanks, I did check the play and it is def not as much as you have in the video and the clicking down not seem to be there unless Im spinning tires by hand.

what pisses me off the most about this is the fact that they tried to pass this off as normal when I brought it back in yesterday.

OK, shop is saying the clicking is the normal noise made by spyder gears. I had the chance to spin the wheels (by hand) on two Rubicons and all I heard was the lashing of the gears. No clicking.

Im at a loss!!! I know that many have discussed the problem with the plunger on the sensor causing issues with the locker not unlocking if the carrier was not installed correctly in relation to the plunger.

Is it possible to feel behind the carrier to see if this is done correctly or does the whole carrier have to come out?

They still have the diff covers off and Im headed down there now, not even sure what I should be looking for. Any advice would be appreciated.
