There are kits out there allowing you to tie the breathers into one tube, running it to the airbox or just one location. As for crank breather, I use a cone filter that sits above the engine...

My guess is 7.62mm. That is an Egyptian built jeep after all

The upper is a .50 the one in the passenger seat is a .308 (7.62)
