Or because you want to be 'that guy' on the trail who busts his sidewall and one of us has to haul your ass back to camp to get the spare and bring it back, wasting an hour or so of precious wheeling time. When it could of been a quicker tire change on the trail. I don't mind helping any wheeler out but have a spare in your rig please.

I dont have a good spot for one at the moment.. Its going to be a fun time figuring out where to mount a 42... Luckily we have a group of about 10 people we wheel with and we all like about 2-3 minutes from our trails. Not really a big concern on our local trails no one really runs one. If i go on a trip Id bring it.

This is debated all the time. There's no wrong to run with them or without. Think it depends on your rig if it's a dd I would run one. For me a power tank, slime, tire plugs get me off the trail and to my trailer. Although when I do an engine swap I will run a genright aluminum to go with my bumper. I like to keep it light with the 3.8. No tire in the way is also nice. Relocating the license plate is something easy and necessary I think the plastic hanger is just asking to get ripped off.
