No Lift with 37s... Anybody try this?
I was probably gonna go with 1.5" - 2" lift with 37. But no lift with 37s? This article says he is running a 2 door JK with 4 door Rubi springs and gained 2" in lift. Also did a 2" stretch in the back... sounds like something i'd like to do also. Anyway, check out... thoughts? Here is the article - Jeep Wrangler JK on 37-inch Tires on Stock Springs: Off-Road.com

Those are slick 37" bfg km2's so they're probably only am honest 35" tall tire. To answer your question, yes, gnarly_mike here ran 37's with just trimming.
It can be done and with trimming you'll be able to drive down the road. Using them off-road is a different story.

Those aren't 40's. just remember to run true 37's (not BF Goodrich) you have to limit your travel with bumpstops. It's doable but you are limiting your travel. The best case is 2.5 lift, flat fenders and extended bumpstops for low COG and reasonable travel. A 3 inch lift, flat fenders with 37's is probably the best for overall longer travel, not too tall, and may not have to go to a draglink flip.
