I would say it has to with local laws for some. So far I have been running fenderless for about 2 months now. Now keep in mind that I do have mudflaps on, so far I have not been pulled over.

I love how my JK looks with the fenders off.

I had a rock help remove one of mine. I ran it for a while but HB PD kept looking at me and did not need the issues. So off to Brett at JeepSwag to get his fender fasteners. But i do like the look of you rig IZZNICE.

Those are the inners on the removable flares aren't they? They look better than all the holes that are left behind when you simply remove them.

Yes they are and yes they do. You can just buy the TrailMods inners if you want.

They are the Trailmod removable fenders. They are a two piece design that allows for a very small fender off road and a lager fender that attaches when you get back on the highway. Google them.
