Default No drill limb risers

How to find brackets to go up side of windshield without drilling and using existing Jeep bolts?

Look for light bar brackets...I think that's what you're describing. However, I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to use them as limb risers mounting points. I don't know how strong they would be.

I agree with Wuebben......I think using light bar brackets or even Hyline a-pillar armor, would not be a good idea. I'd worry those are secured at the base, but all the tension is put at the very top where they are not secured. I used to have a problem drilling holes in a perfectly good body. My theory was wait till it's damaged, then cover it up. Well, it's much harder after the fact. My advice would be that if you feel you need limb risers, better to do it the proper way from the get go, even if that means drilling holes.
