Default Nitto Tire Question

I'm looking at the 35x12.5x17 Nitto Trail Grapplers and I noticed they recommend 8.5"-10" wheel width. I have 8" wide wheels so my question is if anyone thinks it will be a problem? I'm hoping that I can get away with it but at the same time do not want problems.

Thanks yall!

Might have too much "roll" when you take turns. Especially if you have any type of lift. That's if you can even run them....

bump for more insight...

I have aftermarket wheels with plenty of backspacing, its the width I'm worried about.

It wont be a problem at all. I run 35x12.50 trailgrapplers on the factory 7.5" wide wheels and it handles fine. You just need to drive sensibly...its not a sports car.
