Really? Who makes sleeves for the rear axle? For that matter, who has bent the rear axle?

Front only as far as I've seen.

Same sleeve for the rear.Although a bend in the rear is less likely, strength never hurts. Especially the load on the rear going up hill. That is also where a alloy shaft helps a lot.

I'll re-phrase that, same tube size.

I didn't think the factory rear axle had the same tube size as the front. Also I've never seen anybody that offers rear axle sleeves for the JK.

yep, Totally different axle tube size. Front is 1/4" wall 2.5" diameter, rear is 1/4" wall 3" or 3-1/8" diameter...I think.

I should have not responded from my phone so for that I apologize. The thickness of the frt and rear tube is the same only. No sleeve is offered for the rear and trusses are used to improve strength.

Yes, your Frt 44 is much the same as the 30 other than the center section so beef it up! Your stock shafts will slide right in...
Chris also sells upgraded frt shafts CA with bigger U-joints that work with the sleeves also.

I would add the gussets asap. Especially if you wheel. Hell a pothole can bend the C a bit.
