I use a couple black zip ties. You can't tell there there and cost a coupe cents.

X3 on the Daystars. At first they were a little tight to fasten, but after awhile they loosen up some. There is still no flutter at all.

Went with Drakes. Solved my flutter, looks good and great quality.

What Bug deflector do you have?Are you happy with it? Where did you get it?
I am onto my thrid ding in the windshield so need to think about a bug deflector.

Works great! Got it after my first rock in the windshield and haven't had one since.

Have the Daystars.

Put them on about 3 years ago after the wind buffeting from a couple of semis on a narrow two lane scared the crap out of me. Felt like my hood was about to come off.

They were cheap (under $30) and haven't had an issue with hood flutter since.

Only issue is that they REALLY don't flex to much ... it can be an effort for my wife to lock down the hood. Make sure they're warm (room temp) when you put them on. Install took 15 min.
