Default newbie shock install

How hard is it for some with some mechanical knowledge and basic hand tools install new shocks? I finally got some bilsteins that Ive been waiting for ever for.

Shocks are extremely easy. The hardest thing is getting the top nut off of the front shocks. It can be rusted on pretty tight and there isn't much room to work with.
