new tires of same size=steering wheel off centre
so i take the heep into to get new tires the same size as what i had,had 35" pro comps and went to 35"mtr's. get in the jeep and notice the steering wheels is off by almost a qaurter turn and it feels for lack of a better term shitty too drive.had an alignment a week before the tires were put on and everything was a ok . this makes no sense too me at all.

Did they put it on a lift? All I can think of is that something got bent or loosened up. Take a look and see what you see. Or snap a few pics of the front end and post em. The new tires will be a bit taller, but can't see how they would cause what you are describing...

Did you paint your tierod? I'd check underneath it and close to the ends. Although it still may be hard to find marks.
