Default new tires

so I have decided on getting some wrangler MT/R s with kevlar. I wanna run 35s on my 3 inch lift. I know it should fit but I was wondering if I would be ok with not regearing from stock gears? don't have the money to regear so wonder what u think? and what about the spare? how risky is it putting it on the back? will it even fit? and I still have stock wheels. do I need spacers?? thanks!

I heard they don't balance well for some reason. I liked em but stayed away from them for that reason. got Duratracs and could not be happier.
