What is your budget? A lot of people love the adjustablility of the RS9000XL's, especially if you are on road that much.

For primarily street use, everyone is very happy with Bilstein 5100's. Or, I just swapped my Bilstein 5100's for Fox 2.0 remote res, both ride very nice on and off road. Here's pics of both

Personally ,save your money and just get some gently used Rubicon shocks. You can find some for sale on the forum all year long or look at your local Craig's list. The red Rubicon shocks are way better that the standard shocks that come on the Sport or the Sahara. Just make sure you get the ones off a 4Dr.

x2. I have the RS9000XLs and love them. The ride is 100 times better than stock. I have them set on 3 (9 being the stiffest) for daily driving and it's perfect. Would definitely recommend them!

Unless of course you want to buy my old ones off my 2012!! Haha. I'd encourage you to go with Rancho and upgrade, but if you want you can have the 4 I have in my garage (2400 miles on them) for $75 and you pay for shipping.

how do you like those ranchos, for highway driving and fast cornering? how stiff do they get when turned to the highest setting? like willy stiff?

the ranchos are awesome on the highway. i don't normally take corners too fast so can't really give you too much there.

when i first put them on they were set to 9, the stiffest setting. if what you mean by "willy" stiff is insanely stiff, beyond stiff and ridiculously stiff, then yes, they were definitely willy stiff
