Default NEW Rugged Ridge Winches

I haven't been able to find any other information about these except at CSE.

But there looks to be four winches coming out:

8,500lb steel cable - $300
---5.5 HP with 172.8:1 gear ratio

10,500 steel cable - $400
---6.6 HP with 218:1 gear ratio

8,500lb synthentic - $500
---5.5 HP with 172.8:1 gear ratio

10,500 synthentic - $600
---6.6 HP with 218:1 gear ratio

All four models are a 3 Stage Planetary Gear box

I'm ont going to directly link to the site because they are not a forum sponsor. I'm sure more information will be made available shortly but all four models are "out of stock" for now. I wonder how these will preform against the Smittybilt winches that are priced the same.

I've been looking at them too, but would like a review of them before I put down 500 bucks...

A review would be nice. Pretty damn cheap compared to others though.
