New Rims, Extra wobble when hitting bumps at 55 mph
#41
My SS has been disconnected for a few weeks now. The jeep handles worse with it on for some reason.
You can disconnect either end and cycle the shock. Check for binding or loss of dampening/leaks

Took it to my Brothers shop and found out the Steering dampner is shoot. and that it was out of align -2 degrees on the R/H side. He said the dampner was dead, so that was causing the wobble for now. The tie rod was on the down side and in about 10 to 15K will need to be replaced.
This sound right to you guys? Also I am going to ditch the OEM Steering dampner. Anyone like a particular steering dampner? I had a RC and I didn't like it.

I ran the TF stabilizer on my '08 and had no problems, while some of the other stabilizers would push the steering to one side....Or you can get the new Fox ats stabilizer?
This TF pic is an older version....

Not too sure on what direction it pushes it too. Most likely changing the direction will still have the push. Others have either ditched that stabilizer or ran a dual set-up to even out and center it...
