Default New Lift Tire and wheel advise

Hi, I'm looking to do a Clayton 3.5" lift on my Rubicon, looking at this setup

Nitto Terra Grappler, LT315/75R16

Pro Comp Series 8179 Black Powder Coat with Diamond Cut Lip Wheel 16" x 8"

4" backspacing. Does anyone see any issues with this setup and is there any real difference between this size and say 35/12.50/16 tire size

Thanks

Nope, I see no issues and both tires should measure to being about the same height.
