I swapped the stock rims with Pintlers at the Dealership so I don't know if they have the same back spacing as yours and run 305's but if it is any help, they in no way came close to rubbing anything. I only installed flat fenders for the looks a month after I had the Jeep. You are only 3/4 or less taller than mine.
