You like that Sand-Squatch!! Ha ha you are in trouble $$$wise which we refer to as the slippery slope. But good fun and you are in the right part of the world to go wheeling. That white JK looks like it has only ever climbed over kerbs.

I would buy the stock one with not knowing what was done to the 16. Fee free to come by my shop if you are in Reno and I can get you straight on a route to pursue. A jeep on 35's with proper gearing and lockers is going to take you about anywhere you want to go and you won't break the bank. For a 3"-4" lift and 37's you should budget around $10-12k.

Thanks, everyone. The white one was nice but I decided to get the 16, It has had some use and likely had larger tires or was driven a lot on gravel. The front side of the hinges had some rock chips and the rear fender has some dings and scrapes on the face. but not the sides. The undercoating looks to be over the shocks and springs some. It looks to be original and not likely lifted. I did not find any scrapes under the body or the skid plate. All for 14k after trading a gun in for 11k.
I just hope I don't get a told you so later LOL.

Does anyone know if a 2020 jeep Rubicon springs shocks and other parts will fit onto a 2016? I find new take-off parts for 100.00 and it gives a 2" lift. Never mind, I see it only gives 3/4 lift. Not worth it. I will look at a 2.5.

The new JL stuff is set up for lighter weights and at least the front shocks mount differently.

OK, Im going to get the budget lift, no because I'm on a budget but, because I like the ride. While I know spacers are kind of lame but guessing at what lift will result in a lift and a smooth feeling ride. Do i need to add wheel spacers too? itis the teraflex 2.5 kit. it comes with the shocks. Mine are oem with 70k on them.
Change my mind?

You've already made up your mind, why would we change it? Spacers and replacement shocks if you think yours are toast seems logical. I'd be more in the camp of changing out for used take off parts. Dirtman offered for you to stop by and I'm sure he knows where to find plenty of take off parts for cheap. Use cheap/ free take off's until you can do it right. Why are you lifting and adding wheel spacers again? Have you had the stock vehicle out to see what it can do or what it "needs"??
