Factory hole is supposed to be a loose 9/16" (after working with artec on their first revision trackbar bracket they found the Chrysler drawing has a 5/8" hole). Factory bolt is 14mm.... not the same.

I'm pretty sure the heim I have is shot. I have a new one in the mail from RK. The joint klunks back and fourth when I followed then plan man diagnostic videos.

I also learned the hard way that the tie rod end of the steering damper is not the place to detach the damper from... That rubber sleeve did not one to go back on. I had quite a time getting it back on...

For that north ridge kit posted, the washers have to be welded to every bolt hole? I have a mig welder but I'm not good enough to put it to my jeep...

No they do not have to be welded, but it's good security. Twice the metal thickness so they won't wallow as fast if the joint goes out. Alot of people do weld them. If you remove a lower control arm at the axle u can see there not round holes, but rectangular on one side of the bracket.
