What are your current gears? What year JK?

Most don't regear for 33's. I have 4.10's on an 2008 and I did lose a little power/mpg but nothing drastic.

Do you have a rubicon or tow package?

Agreed; no regear.

33 is one inch from stock, and 410 is highest stock gear option...

Just think about it, some people are running 321 gears on 32" tires... (not that i could imagine doing that, but you get the idea)

You're not saying what kind of mileage you're getting, before and after. Your mileage could be relatively fine. Or it could be your lights on the top killing it.

Just buy an air intake and Maybe an exhaust so ur engine can breathe a little and even gain a few more ponies under the Hood that should help with the mpg
