I would look for the yellow dot on the tires see if they are lined up with the valve stem if they are not then the tire is not balanced properly. The yellow dot is the factory blem spot and should be lined up with the stem as the blem usually the light spot. I had seven ounces on one wheel that I had noticed after I had got home saw that the spot was lined up took it back the next day made them line it up and shaved off 3 ounces. But to me it does sound like a balance issue.
