Anyone have any ideas? Next step is finding someone in Northern DE....

Curious : Is the jeep on the ground ? If it is ... lift front chassis to relieve the stress on the bolts.

Ughhhh so close....

Crap. I called a mechanic buddy. Going down to his shop tonight. This stupid bolt.

I did take the Jeep out for a ride with the 2.5 kit on. Rides pretty good, noticed a little more sway in the steering, so I'm gonna re-check all the bolts. Seems to be a bit stiffer and rides good. Hit a pothole I usually hit and barely noticed hit.

Overall, this is a good kit.

I'm trying to get the best price on this kit. Free shipping from Quadratec? Anyone know how to contact Joe at Quadratec?

Just order it from whoever has it in stock... AEV doesn't go on sale... so you may look for a great deal for 2 or 3 hours... then save $25 bucks... The equivalent of making 8 bucks an hour.. not worth it.

Looks great. Is it just the angle of the pic or did the AEV kit leave the factory rake in place?

Got it for $ 899.99 from Quadratec . Don't waste your time ... you will NOT find any rebates on this new AEV kit.

Not sure if you worked through this yet, but I am almost certain you have those metal washers on upside down. They should cup the rubber or poly bushings. That would allow easier access to the shock nuts.

It's just the angle. I got 3 1/2 in the front and 3 in the back. The factory rake is gone.

Anonymark, are the 3 1/2" and 3" measurements including the height gained from the larger tires, or was that just suspension? Thanks
