Well the AEV lift obviously doesn't come with an adjustable track bar, and their FAQ says one is not needed. So I guess it is ok to drive like this, is there anything other than an adjustable track bar that can fix it?
Yes I'm not good with all the parts names, hence my frustration with the instructions and not know what part is what. I was calling them quick disconnects since they are attached to the bar that goes through the electronic disconnect on my JKUR. And when I was reading through threads I heard alot of people call them quick disconnects, I guess that's because they can be replaced with those.
Any thoughts on the uneven height, I measured in my neighbors flat garage and in mine and came out with the same measurement.

RTguy1, I assume you are Rtguy on the AEV forum, is there any benefit to also posting there, other than getting some more of your helpful advice.

Thanks,

DD
not sure about the uneven ride height...did u measure BEFORE doing the install? i have heard of some others that have this issue but it existed before lift installation as well (not just aev kits). how much lift did you gain from this kit? the more lift gained the more off-center the axle will be. remember that aev kits are designed with the use of their heavy front/rear bumpers, winch, and tire carrier installed, so with stock bumpers, etc. u will gain more than the stated 2.5". u could add 1/2" spacers to the low side only to level it out. quick disco's use pins for quick removal, like jks quicker disco's. an adjustable trackbar is the ONLY way to re-center the axle, like the jks adjustable trackbar. i just ordered both from northridge4x4. the aev forum is basically dedicted to their products, so there are some helpful people on there as well. however, jk-forum has tons of folks that use their products as well and can be just as helpful if not more do to the volume of members.

Pictures

Sorry for the orientation, 1st pic is bumpstop, 2nd is driver side qd, 3rd is passenger qd. Any thoughts on what I might've done wrong.

Can you put the bracket on the other side of the tab on the axle? It looks like that would make it perfectly straight.

I can't tell from your pictures if the springs are indexed properly on the bases. There is a place the end of the coil should fit into. It's worth checking.

Exactly the setup I plan on running very soon, thanks for posting. Were you able to assess the handling with old tires and lifted, or was all done at some time?

the timing all worked out pretty well...now i only have 300 miles on it...but i was able to put the first 100 on it stock...the 2nd hundred with the duratracs no lift and the last 100 or so with the lift...

out of the 3 combinations...i'd honestly have to say that the duratracs with the lift is the most comfortable ride! giddyup! i'm running the duratracs at 35 psi...took my buddy and forum member g520 for a spin around the block last night and he said it road like a car...lol! he has a 2010 jkur with a 2.5" procomp lift and 35 mt's...

very happy with it so far! can't wait to hit a trail...but i can't wait to hit the next onramp either! lol!

time to get the tops off and straps on! o|||||||o
