New 5.38 break in and wheeling
My jeep is in the shop today getting 5.38s installed. I talked with the guys at the shop and searched here for info on break in. I understand the 500 mile "easy" driving, then fluid swap. My question is this:
I pick up the jeep Thursday, work all day Friday and then am suppose to go wheel Saturday. I don't plan on any crazy stuff just trails and puddles. If I keep the Rpms down will I be ok in 4lo, or should I skip wheeling all together???
Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I certainly don't want to damage the gears. If I can't wheel saturday then I won't. I was hoping to get some wheeling in before our first kid is born later this month. That's all.
The coating on the gears, will it come off before 500 miles???
