17x9 pro comp 7069 or xd monsters 18x19 both wrapped with 33x12.50. Which do you like?

Just cause I like being a smarta$$ sometimes, I'd go with the pro comp. There's no way you're going to fit a 33x12.50 tire on a 19" wide wheel!!!

In all seriousness though, I know what you were asking. Depends on what you are looking to do with it. For a mall crawler, I like the Monsters. Wife runs the Rockstars on hers. I've got the MT Classic II on mine, though mine goes on more than just the pavement...

The monsters are a great looking wheel, but the procomps will hold up better off road, and are cheaper

I like monsters and they will hold up just as good as pro comps

IMO... XD wheels are douchey, with the Monsters being the exception. I do like the look of them better than the Pro Comps, but am not a fan of 18 inch wheels in general. Pro comps are better for offroad as others have said.

Check out the Pro Comp series 7036, might be a nice compromise for you.
