I checked and there are Load Range C, so I don't understand. Can I try to put 28 or 30psi cold on the road ?

There is nothing wrong with trying lower psi. There really is no hard and fast right/wrong, just tradeoffs between tire wear, fuel economy, and comfort.

OK I will try. I have the impression that the jeep bounces and does not absorb the bumps of the road. If you have any advise...

What shocks are you using with that lift? A lot of the AEV lifts come with Bilstein 5100s and those are a pretty stiff shock. Not sure if you added shocks when you did the lift or used brackets to retain the old shocks.

I used the shocks provided by AEV, Bilstein 5100s I guess.
Currently I have only a heavy rear bumper with carrier tire but the goal is to add steel bumper on front with winch and skid plate. Maybe with the additional weight, it's gonna be better....

The Bilsteins are good shocks in general, but they are stiff. I'd imagine that is what you're noticing more than tire pressure.
