Default In need of urgent help! Tie rod end removal??

I only have a few hours left to complete the work ive been doing this weekend and I cant figure out how to get the OEM tie rod ends out of the shaft. The entire tie rod has been removed from my JKU but I cant get the ends to budge. I have new MOOG ends to put in as soon as I can figure out how to get the old ones out but im running out of time today. Any advice? I couldnt find anything via google.

The driver's side is removed by loosening the adjusting sleeve and unscrewing the end. I'm not sure is it is right or left hand thread. Try some PB blaster and a big wrench.

The passenger side is crimped on. Some people say it can be removed with heat and a really big breaker bar. To me it wasn't meant to be removed if it takes such extreme effort.

Like already said most people replace the entire rod. Aftermarket is one option. You could also scan the for sale threads and pick up a replaced stocker for next to nothing.

I did the same thing you are trying and I gave up and bought a new synergy bar. I know it's not what you wanted to hear, but I could not get the crimped end to budge. I used two pipe wrenches, oil, heat, and me jumping up and down on one of the wrenches.

Alright, I suppose Ill look at ordering an aftermarket one.

Are there any that will use the same ends as OEM so I can use the Moog ends I just bought instead of getting new ones too?
