5.13's is a step farther than most recommend. It will give you great off the line performance, but i would think it would rev the engine pretty high if he plans on long freeway rides. I have 4.10's 35's with 6sp manual. I am "content" with the performance. Eventually i will address the gears but first I plan on using the money towards bumpers and such. With that extra weight I will have to gear down to at 4.88. I drive around 65-70 on the freeways, so passing at those speeds aren't a concern. It really comes down to person driving style and what will fit you best.

I would also suggest exhaust. It doesn't matter how much you can inhale if you can only exhale through a straw. They have to be balanced or you are not getting the most out of either systems.
