More wheel base will help some with the climbs, I just don't see spending all the money and time to do it half assed. A $10 bracket on the front axle so you could suck the front down with your winch would be just as beneficial. If that is the type of climbs you are wanting to do I would make sure to pay attention to your anti squat geometry . Ori struts would also be a good as they don't unload like coil/shocks do and that is the real issue you are having with that climb. Different tires would also help, more grip less gas.
Its your jeep and you money though.

I forgot to throw in the word triangle. I’m just trying to make the most out of what I got with the stock tank, whatever the configuration.
