I'd go with painting the grill, or replacing it with a pinted one. Not too many JK's in the junk yards yet, so you may have to pony up and buy a new one.

I have a family member who is a parts manager at a Dealer in Missouri, so I could probably pick up a new one painted relatively cheep. Great idea. Thanks! However I would probably have it sanded still and painted a semi-gloss black to match the wrap finish...Hmmm
