Default Need Help on Tires and Rims for Stock 2dr Wrangler

Need some help on deciding on what to go with. Local dealer here in Toledo has a 2dr stock wranger with Kelly Safari TSR LT285/70R17 On some Ultra Crusher 17x8 rims. Looks really good. The tire totals 33" and the dealer says there is no rubbing, and they sell this package all the time.
My question is what should I be looking for in a rim regarding bolt (believe 5.5) and what offset/backspacing to go with? Also with you guys running bigger tires, did you get your spedometer recalibrated, and also how much mileage did you lose?
I am looking for suggestions, right now I want to keep the suspension stock, until after warranty expires than possibily get a 2.5-3" lift.
Thanks in advance for replies.
