Default Need help on TF 2.5

Installing this lift and not sure what the instructions are talking about installing rear coil spring guide and spacer. I see it on the install of 3 inch but not 2.5 kit. I'm not going to run the factory isolators yet and there is nothing else in my kit besides a pair of brackets flat washers and bolts. I installed the lower retainers but not sure what's with this other bracket. Or is it the brake line relocation bracket?!?

I know some kits come with a rear 1/2 coil spacer that has a long nipple on it( hence guide)

If there's 2 identical thin aluminum brackets, those are the brake line extension brackets. If it's one thick black steel bracket, that's the rear trackbar relocation bracket.

Ok so the bracket is the brake relocate I fig that out but I have like 4 washers that came in the kit. They are the same size as the washers to bolt on the trackbar. Pretty large in diameter.
