Yea!!! I had a 69 Barracuda Convertible with a 360 and auto trans that the accelarator cable broke and that was a hand full to stop even with power disc brakes ( almost 380 horses ) ...
But I checked the cable first and there isn't one...Thanks Sonic
I tried to search for this problem but brought up nothing!!

O K !!! I have put 2 and 2 together and now it equals 10 !!
This all started when I plugged my daughters I-POD into my 6-disc CD changer and I only realized it when I plugged it in again!! And it left me on the side of the road to undo the battery to reset it again!!!
So my new question is what ta hell does this have in common????? Why does the I-POD fry the factory computer and make it think it needs to idle at 5600 RPM???????
