Default Need help installing rear shocks..

Installing rear shocks, how do you get them tight on top? Meaning, there are nuts that are above the top of the shock mounts in the rear but there seems no way to get a wrench up on top of there to hold them down while you tighten the bolts..

Ratchet wrench with extensions... I think I used the long extension with the short one added on
