I have an opportunity for a set of 2012 JKU shocks and springs at a great price and am wondering how much of a lift they would give me on my 2007 JKU? if anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think it would lift it at all?? I'm sure someone else will chime in, maybe someone that has done it but I don’t think it would lift it at all. Maybe it would lift it as much as yours has sagged over the years. Does a 2012 sit higher than a 07?

You need to compare the spring rates to know if it would provide any lift. There is a slight difference in length depending on the model number and that plus the increase spring rate could yield 3/4 of an inch, at least it did on mine.

I have an 08 JKU with tow package that came with 16/58 springs. I traded out the springs to 18/59's, put on Rubicon takeoff shocks and a Teraflex 1.5" leveling kit and I am just a shade over 2" taller all around.
