Need help

I put my 2009 4 door jk in shop due to check engine light and tire pressure light was on. Come to find out it had something to do with Evap system and something to do with tire pressure sensor. My question is if they reset the warning lights would that affect the settings that that i had stored from my AEV pro cal module?
